Pricing Plan for End to End Recruitment
Non-Negotiable Business Terms & Conditions:
1. Our consulting service charges would be 8.34% of the annual CTC offered to the candidate, and the minimum amount per joining is Rs. 25,000, whichever is higher.
We charge Rs. 20,000 as an advance amount, which will be adjusted in the final payment.
2. Payment shall be made within 14 days after joining the candidate.
3. One free replacement shall be provided if the candidate leaves the job within 60 days of joining.
*No replacement will be provided on termination or layoff.
4. The validity of our submitted profiles would be 6 months from the date we submitted them to your concern.
